In our continuous effort to offer the best service and strengthen the relationship of trust and transparency we have with our customers, we would be grateful if you could tell us about any inefficiency or mistakes.

Please be aware that for reports relating to any non-compliance with the current taxi tariffs, in accordance with the Municipal Regulation in force, to make a complaint you must have your receipt (duly completed in all its parts) and the licence number of the taxi (see How to recognize a taxi). Reports must be sent to the relevant local authority office.
