Lost property

We carry hundreds of passengers every day and occasionally find items left behind by our taxi customers.

If you realize you have forgotten something in one of our taxis, please phone our switchboard immediately. Give as much information as you can to the operator including the type of object lost, the unique licence number of the taxi, the pickup address, the make and model of the vehicle, and anything else that may help us find your property quickly.

Please be aware that the chance of recovering lost property is increased the sooner you contact us. We will make it our priority to arrange the most effective way to restore any property found in our taxis to you based on the information you give us or information provided by the driver.

Lost property will be held at our offices for one year.
